Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. Entry is open to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older and resident in South Africa.

1.2. Guests must also be 18 years of age or older. By accepting a ticket that allows you to bring a guest, you confirm that your guest has agreed to these Terms.

1.3. Multiple entries across the Event series are permitted, but only one valid entry is required to be eligible.

1.4. Naked may request proof of age and residency before granting entry.

2. Entries

2.1. Entries must be submitted via the Naked online sign-up form.

2.2. Only complete and valid entries will be eligible. Naked accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or corrupted entries.

2.3. Naked may, at its discretion, disqualify any entry that is false, misleading, incomplete, or submitted in bad faith.

3. Selection & Notification

3.1. Attendees will be selected by Naked, in its sole discretion, from the pool of valid entries.

3.2. Naked will attempt to notify selected entrants using the contact details provided. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within a reasonable time, Naked reserves the right to allocate their place to another entrant.

3.3. Naked’s decision on selection and attendance is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Event Access & Costs

4.1. Tickets to the Events are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4.2. Naked will cover most costs associated with attendance at the Events, including activities, food and beverages, unless otherwise specified. Transport to and from the Event is not included unless expressly stated. Naked may, from time to time, arrange group transport (such as a bus), but this is not guaranteed.

4.3. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and incidental expenses unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.4. Attendance is subject to compliance with all venue rules, security procedures, and instructions issued by Naked or Event staff.

5. Conduct & Brand Protection

5.1. Naked reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

5.2. By entering or attending, you agree not to make, publish, or share any public statements that you know to be false, misleading, or intended to harm the reputation of Naked or the Events. This does not prevent you from raising legitimate concerns directly with Naked. Naked reserves the right to take appropriate action if this obligation is breached.

6. Content & Publicity

6.1. The Events will be photographed, filmed, and otherwise recorded. By entering and/or attending, you consent to Naked capturing and using your image, voice, name, likeness, and any social media content you create at or about the Events for marketing, advertising, public relations, and related purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further approval or compensation.

6.2. No opt-out from content capture is available. Attendance at the Events is conditional upon this consent, and entrants are reminded of this requirement on the sign-up page and at the Event.

6.3. If you post or share content relating to the Events and tag Naked or use an official Event hashtag, you give Naked permission to re-use that content for promotional purposes on Naked’s social and marketing channels.

7. Privacy

7.1. Personal information submitted as part of your entry will be collected and processed by Naked for the purposes of administering entries, selecting attendees, managing attendance, and related Event operations.

7.2. Personal information will not be used for direct marketing and will not be shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.

7.3. All personal data relating to entrants and attendees will be securely stored and deleted after the conclusion of the 2025 Event series, and no later than 31 December 2025.

7.4. Naked complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Entrants may exercise their rights of access, correction, or deletion by contacting Naked via faith.molefe@naked.insure.

8. Liability

8.1. Attendance at the Events is at your own risk. Certain Events may involve outdoor or adventure-style activities. By attending, you acknowledge and accept the ordinary risks associated with such activities.

8.2. Naked provides general public liability insurance for the Events but does not provide personal accident, medical aid, or health cover. Attendees remain responsible for their own health and safety and must act responsibly at all times.

8.3. As far as the law allows, Naked will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from your entry into the Events or attendance at them.

9. General

9.1. These Terms apply to all Events in the Naked People Have More Fun series and are intended to operate on an evergreen basis.

9.2. Naked may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will take effect upon publication and will apply to all entrants and attendees from that date forward. Significant changes will be communicated via the Naked website or other appropriate channels.

9.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
